Payment Policy

Effective for all services.  Please review before your first appointment.

* HSA/FSA cards: Certain medical-grade aesthetic treatments may qualify as eligible expenses. We cannot determine eligibility for your plan - please verify with your benefits administrator before using these cards.

Deposits & Prepayment

 A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This reserves your time with your provider and is  applied toward your total at checkout.

 • SINGLE SERVICE - $50 at booking

 • SERIES/ PACKAGES. - 50% of total

     

Deposits are forfeited on cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, or on no-shows.  If we cancel on our end, your deposit is refunded in full or transferred to a future booking.

Cancellations & no-shows

We understand that life happens. We ask for adequate notice wo we can offer your time to other clients.

• CANCELLATION WINDOW - 48 hours before session

• LATE CANCELLATION FEE - $50

• NO-SHOW FEE - $50

To cancel or reschedule,  contact us via phone at (909) 735-1041.  Cancellations left as voicemails or

texts are confirmed only once your receive a reply from us.

Refunds

We stand behind our services. If something isn't working for you, let us know - we'd rather find a solution than lose a client.

SINGLE SESSIONS

    Single-session fees are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you were            unsatisfied, reach out within 48 hours and we will work with you on a resolution.

SESSION PACKAGES

   Unused sessions in a package are refundable within 60 days of purchase, minus any sessions               already used at the standard single-session rate.  After this window, unused sessions may be c             converted to store credit but are not cash -refundable

RETAIL & SKINCARE PRODUCTS

   Unopened within 30 days of purchase - refundable.  We do not accept opened or used  products

Medical exception: If a physician-documented injury prevents you from continuing your 

program, we will refund unused sessions regardless of the timeline. Documentation required.

Questions about your bill

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. Chargebacks cost both parties time and fees — we will always work with you directly to resolve billing issues quickly.
